COACHES
Founder & Owner of POP Lacrosse
Travis Schieber, a Winter Park, Florida native, grew up playing both hockey and lacrosse. He was a four-year letterman at Winter Park High School, excelling as a long-stick midfielder (LSM) and contributing as a key member of the man-up unit. Though recruited to play lacrosse at the collegiate level, Travis chose not to play beyond high school. In 2015, Travis began his coaching career as a volunteer with a local recreational team in his hometown. His leadership and passion for player development quickly led to his appointment as director of the program. During this time, he began mentoring players individually and in small group sessions, steadily building a committed student base. In June 2020, Travis founded Pursuit of Perfection Lacrosse Inc., officially transitioning to full-time operations in October of that year. Through his company, he has helped athletes across Florida refine their skills, knowledge, and deepen their love for the game. In spring 2021, Travis accepted the Head Coach position for the boys varsity lacrosse team at East Ridge High School. Under his leadership, the team achieved a 13–4 season—the best in program history—earning its first-ever playoff appearance and victory, a record that still stands as of 2025. Today, Travis continues to train and inspire lacrosse players across Florida, working with those who are deeply committed to excellence and growth in life and sport.
Caden Dudczak is a standout player within the POP Lacrosse family, having been mentored by Coach Travis for the past decade. Originally from Maitland, Florida, Caden’s talent and work ethic earned him recruitment interest from some of the nation’s top preparatory schools, ultimately leading him to Holderness School in New Hampshire. In the summer of 2025, Caden will compete in several premier events including the Great 8, FiveStar, Sweetlax Summer Challenge, and NAL. With a deep passion for the game and a desire to give back, Caden is excited to continue coaching Central Florida’s most dedicated young athletes. Drawing from years of experience playing alongside and against the nation’s best, Caden brings a high-level understanding of the game. He incorporates the teachings of his current and former coaches, focusing specifically on the offensive side of the ball. His coaching will emphasize technique, team concepts, angle play, and creative decision-making.
Griffin Moore, a native of Winter Park, grew up immersed in the game of lacrosse and is now taking his talents to the college level at Flagler College, where he plays for coach Brian Duncan. A highly accomplished player, Griffin was recruited out of Winter Park High School, where he made an immediate impact on the field. As a starting midfielder, he was a key contributor to Flagler’s impressive 14-3 season, finishing his sophomore year with 24 points. His freshman year was similarly successful, posting 21 points. At Winter Park High School, Griffin earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious US Lacrosse All-American Award. He was a two-time selection to the All-State Team, a two-time All-Metro selection, and served as team captain for two years, further demonstrating his leadership and skill. In addition to his offensive prowess, Griffin also has experience as a two-way midfielder, which has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of both offensive and defensive aspects of the game. This dual perspective is a valuable asset when coaching younger players, as he knows how to teach both sides of the game. Griffin is dedicated to passing down his knowledge and passion for lacrosse to the next generation. He focuses on helping athletes develop their lacrosse IQ, teaching them how to read the game, understand offensive movements, and improve their dodging, shooting, and decision-making skills from a college-level perspective. He is passionate about working with players of all skill levels and enjoys seeing them progress. Above all, he believes in the importance of working hard and having fun. Griffin values dedication and believes that athletes who put in the extra effort will not only succeed in lacrosse but will also carry those lessons into all aspects of life.
