These sessions are for those that are looking for additional training or as an alternative to their local rec team. The goal of these sessions is to gather those players who are coachable and have aspirations of playing lacrosse at higher levels. 

Sessions are for 5th-8th graders and are exclusive to POP Lacrosse students.

Sessions will consist of skill work, IQ and a lot of 3v3 and 4v4 pick up on smaller goals with tennis balls. In addition, Coach Travis will break down and send those attending college film to watch, study, then apply during our time together.
