PURSUIT OF PERFECTION LACROSSE
MISSION STATMENT
To develop people through sport teaching qualities of life to use for life.
THE VISION
POP Lacrosse's vision is to play a part in developing the top lacrosse players in Florida.
"I feel it's my duty in life to give my love and knowledge of lacrosse to those who share the same passion and seek mentoring. For the last twenty two years, lacrosse has provided purpose and direction. I owe it to my coaches Bill Pyatt, Andy Sinclair, Mike Gallo, Jeremy Smith, and Tony Moreschi. Each of them provided an opportunity that has led to a deep connection I now have with the game. Without them, POP Lacrosse wouldn't exist."

Lacrosse
Travis Schieber grew up in Winter Park, Florida playing hockey and lacrosse. He attended Winter Park High School where he was a four year letterman at the LSM position as well as a special team player for the man up unit. He was recruited to play college lacrosse but elected not to play beyond high school. He started coaching as a volunteer for a local youth recreational team in 2015 in his home town and eventually was elected as the director. During this time, he began building his student body of players he taught in a one on one and small group setting. In June of 2020, he publicly announced Pursuit of Perfection Lacrosse and October of that year began working for it full time and has been since. In the spring of 2021, he accepted a Head Coach position at East Ridge High School for the boys varsity program which he led to a 13-4 season with the programs first playoff appearance and win. In the late fall of 2024, he started coaching as a volunteer for the Rollins College Women's Program and will be coaching for the program in the upcoming 2025 spring season. Travis continues to teach lacrosse privately across the state of Florida.
